Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Game Master mobile applications (Gomoku Master, Chess Master, Baduk Master, and future apps in the Game Master series; collectively, the "Apps") provided by Game Master ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Apps provide:

• Interactive learning of board game openings through a 4-step cycle (Follow, Understand, Solo, Match).
• Matches against bots at multiple difficulty tiers.
• Local progress tracking and statistics.
• Optional in-app purchases such as "Unlock All" content and "Remove Ads", where available.

Specific features may vary by app and are described in the App itself.

3. In-App Purchases

Where offered, in-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective billing and refund policies. Purchases apply only to the App in which they were made and do not transfer to other apps.

• Unlock All: Immediate access to all content and bot opponents. Free users can also unlock content gradually through progress.
• Remove Ads: Disables all advertisements inside that App.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the policies of the App Store or Google Play. If you contact us directly, we will direct you to the appropriate storefront's refund process.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the Apps.
• Do not interfere with other users' ability to use the Apps.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Apps, including opening data, commentary, designs, and software, is owned by Game Master or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
